Your information deserves dignity

Privacy

Last updated August 16, 2026. This policy explains what information Emergent Soul collects through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you choose to provide

We collect only what is needed for the doorway you choose.

When you subscribe to the 7-Day Remembering Journey™ or Remembering Letters™, we collect the email address you provide. When you contact Emergent Soul by email, we receive the information you include in that message.

The website’s hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and server logs as needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

How information is used

Your information is used to provide what you requested and care for the relationship responsibly.

We use subscription information to deliver the Journey, Remembering Letters™, confirmations, and closely related updates you have chosen to receive. We use contact information to answer inquiries about sessions, speaking, press, partnerships, the book, and community pathways.

Information may also be used to operate and secure the website, maintain accurate subscription records, honor privacy choices, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Email delivery

Kit processes subscriber information on behalf of Emergent Soul.

Email registrations are transmitted to Kit, the email service used to manage subscriptions and deliver messages. Kit processes subscriber information under its own privacy and data-processing terms.

Every marketing email sent through Kit includes a way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using that link. Unsubscribing will stop future marketing emails, though limited records may be retained when required for compliance or suppression-list purposes.

Sharing and retention

Emergent Soul does not sell or rent your personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, maintain security, or comply with the law. They receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform those services.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain required business and consent records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to you.

To make a privacy request, email karen@emergentsoul.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained when the law permits or requires it.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Emergent Soul does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.

Changes and contact

The policy will change when the website’s actual practices change.

Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Questions about this policy or the handling of your information may be sent to karen@emergentsoul.com.
